GENERAL

★ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

★ I may share the progress of your commission in a YouTube video or YouTube Shorts. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know in advance.

★ I DO NOT ALLOW my work to be sold on any type of website/platform.

★You are strictly PROHIBITED from uploading, submitting, inputting, training, or otherwise using the commissioned artwork, in whole or in part, in any artificial intelligence (AI) system, dataset, generator, or related technology.

This includes using the commissioned artwork to generate AI images, videos, or animations.

REVISIONS

★ Up to 2 revisions are included during the sketch stage. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.
★ No major revisions will be accepted after the coloring stage.
★ Minor adjustments (such as small color changes or tiny details) may still be requested after completion at my discretion

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

★ There are no refunds once I have started working on your commission or after it has been completed.

RIGHTS TO USE

★ I remain the copyright holder of my work.★ You may use the commissioned artwork or animation for personal purposes, but you may not claim it as your own.★ I retain the right to post the commissioned artwork for portfolio, promotional, and advertising purposes.★ My work may not be used or edited in a discriminatory, hateful, or defamatory manner.★ These commissions are for personal use only by default. Please notify me through the commission form or email for the commercial rate.
